NASHVILLE, Tenn.--The Nashville Sounds home-opener at First Tennessee Park is going to be more than just a game, it's going to be an experience!
Festivities for the April 10 game will kick off with the first 4,000 fans through the gate receiving magnet schedules presented by FOX 17 News. Once inside, singer Sean Rivers will entertain fans with a pre-game concert from 5:05 p.m. until 6 p.m. at the Brauer Lounge deck.
The Metro Nashville Police Department will then present the nation's colors, followed by American Idol finalist and Belmont grad Melinda Doolittle singing the national anthem.
In the fifth inning, fans will be introduced to a fourth Country Legends Racer joining staples Reba, Johnny Cash, and George Jones.
After the game, fans will then be treated to a fireworks show.
Gates open at 5 p.m. next Tuesday and fans are encouraged to arrive early due to enhanced safety procedures.
